Qualifications:
- Positive attitude required
- Must be able to lift/dolly weights of 50-200 lbs
- Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead
- Willing to work weekends/overtime as needed
- Attention to details
- Good driving record
- Strong desire to learn and grow personally
- Great Communication Skills
- Can pass a drug screening
- Has basic knowledge of hand tools/ multimeter
- EPA Certification a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist Technician on Installations, Maintenance, Service of HVAC Equipment, and Duct Cleanings
- Communicate Professionally and Respectfully to Customers and team members
- Participate in scheduled trainings/ meetings
- Adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures
- Maintain a Professional image
- Learn basic operations of AC, Heating, Refrigeration systems
- Learn how to do sheet metal work
- Clean working areas
- Accurately document invoices with as much detail as possible
- Ability to work on the job independently or as a team member
Starting Pay at $14-17/hr with advancement opportunities
